Event Overview

Leader Connect 2026 is a full-day leadership development experience designed for Chick-fil-A Operators and their teams across the
Washington, D.C. and Baltimore markets and will take place on February 4, 2026. Built around this year’s theme, The Hospitality of Leadership, the event will focus on practical ways leaders can create environments where people feel welcomed, supported, and empowered to grow. Through keynote sessions, breakouts, and hands-on experiences, attendees will walk away with tools that strengthen both their leadership and their influence inside the restaurant.

With returning keynote speaker Jeff Henderson and special guest Dan Cathy, former President and CEO of Chick-fil-A, Leader Connect 2026 is shaping up to be our most anticipated gathering yet. We expect 600–800 attendees, including approximately 100 Operators, along with directors, coaches, trainers, and emerging leaders from both markets—making this one of the largest and most diverse leadership audiences we’ve ever brought together.
